    3×1 @ Back Squat. Then, 3 rounds for time of 5 Wall walks, 10 GHD situps, and 15 Push Press (45/70).

    Beginners: HSPU Progressions. Then, 3 rounds for time of 5 Wall walks, 10 Butterfly situps, and 15 Push Press (20).

    Feburary 21

    3×1 @ Deadlift. Then, “Filthy 50″ for time: 50 box jumps (24″), 50 jumping pull ups, 50 kettlebell swings (55/35#), 50 walking lunge steps, 50 knees to elbows, 50 push press (20k), 50 back extensions, 50 wall balls (20# to 10ft/8ft), 50 burpees, 50 double unders.  Must complete 1 exercise before moving on

    Beginners: “Filthy 50″ for time: 30 box jumps (20″), 30 jumping pull ups, 30 kettlebell swings (25#), 30 walking lunge steps, 30 knees to elbows, 30 push press (20k), 30 back extensions, 30 wall balls (14# to 10ft/8ft), 30 burpees, 30 Single unders.  Must complete 1 exercise before moving on.

    February 20

    3×1 @ 100% C&J. Then, 21 Thrusters (30/42), 50 Pull Ups, 400 M Run, 21 Thrusters, 50 Pull ups, and 800m run.

    Beginners: Clean Progressions. Then, 21 Thrusters (15/20), 15 Pull Ups, 400 M Run, 21 Thrusters, 15 Pull ups, and 400m run.

    February 18

    10 rounds for time of 2 L climbs, 4 Turkish Get Ups (35/55), 6 weighted Dips (35/55).
