January 10th Strength Seminar Ken McCelland and his athletes will put on a seminar consisting Box Squat, Sumo Dead Lift and Conventional Dead lift , and Atlas Stone Cleans. There will be lecture time, hands on application, and if time permitting a Q&A portion at the end of the day. This seminar is for all levels and all abilities, if you are looking to sharpen up your technique and add some more weight to your lifts then this will be the chance you are looking for to learn from the subject matter expects in power lifting and strongman movements. Members and non-members are all welcome to attend. February 6th and 7th Nutrition Seminar and Opens Movement and Efficiency Seminar Presented by Armand and Sarah McCormick. These will be two separate seminars but can be combined if you close to attend both. Sign Up in Zen Here 

The Nutrition Seminar will start on the 6th of Feb at 530pm. The seminar will focus on the zone diet as well as performance eating, they will talk about how to maintain some of the habits you created while keeping portions under control with the Zone Diet. With competition season just around the corner, it’s a great time to figure out the best way to eat and get the most out of your workout.

Feb 7th starting at 8am Skills and Movement Efficiency Seminar will take place. This seminar is designed to be informational and hands on development of any and every athlete regardless of Skill Level. If you are looking for that competitive edge in competition or just looking to sharpen up your skills and gain knowledge to bring to your daily workouts this will be a great opportunity to learn and apply the skills and techniques learned through this course.

Cost for this seminar will be $50 for members and $60 for non-members. Sign up will be in Zen under Movement Seminar

To attend both cost will be $60 for members and $70 for non-members.
