Gym is pretty much back to normal, thank you to those that stopped and helped out today. If you brought any equipment for the comp or the build I think i’m pretty much done with it all and you can pick them up this week, again thank you for all the help.

RX:OHP 5×1 @ 95% and Close Grip Bench 3×3 @ 90%. Then, Filthy 50″ for time: 50 box jumps (24″), 50 jumping pull ups, 50 kettlebell swings (55/35#), 50 walking lunge steps, 50 knees to elbows, 50 push press (20k), 50 back extensions, 50 wall balls (20# to 10ft/8ft), 50 burpees, 50 double unders.  Must complete 1 exercise before moving on to the next.

Endurance: 1 mile run

Comp:RX, Skill for 20 min

Post WOD: 3X10 Side bends (30-40k)

    So now I have skin rubbed off on my tailbone from last week and just rubbed the skin off of both of my knees this week (from the burpees i guess??) Ouch! Fun workout though:)

    didn’t have the right setup for jumping pullups, that really slowed me down. But once i got my shorts turned around the right way, it was a pretty good morning!

    Glad to get back in after the Comp this weekend and get the legs moving. Felt good in this work out.

    WOD: 25:16 Rx – Only 20 sec time improvement from a year ago but no mods this time (previous was back ext on floor and single unders)

    WOD: DNF (short 50 back extensions which I finished after time) Really need to figure out how to push thru burpees as I lost a LOT of time there.

    WOD – Good to be back, but def cld feel the effect of being sick. This kicked my butt today!
    Got through everything and ended with Burpees. Cldnt do 50 did 30! Burpees never get easier :)

    WOD: 30:01…yikes :/ Finished my last double under in the nick of time. That WOD sucked. Not working out these past couple of days made it that much harder. Glad to get back in the swing of things. Glad the gym is back in one piece! :)

    WOD barely finished with a 29:15 but that’s the first time I didn’t time out, last time I had a full set of movements left

    WOD: 26:40 Rx… started off strong and hit a wall going into berpies! Still an improvement over last time with actually doing all the double unders! Nice to get back at it after the weekend.

    WOD 26:20 RX except 100 singles instead of DU’s really need to start working on them. Workout felt better then I thought it was going to after this weekend.
