Silver: 5 back squats every 3rd min. Then, 100 Burpee Pull ups (bar with in reach). Time cap 12min.

Endurance: 50 Barbell Thrusters

    Felt like I had a good day today.

    BS: 70(3), 110, 120, 130, 135(PR), 137.2, 138.2, 140 – ended up with 5.4k total pr.

    back squats: 90 1rm, 80k 3rm. 92 was my previous, but knee hurt and wast getting full depth. all things considered, i was good with 90 :)
    wod: 67… disappointed, but knee hurt on burpees and i ripped on the pull-ups.

    Lift : 180K, 10K PR…form felt solid as well,inch better than what I remember 170K feeling like months ago

    WOD : shitty, 66 reps at cap. Had to kip all pull ups which wasted time, energy and skin on my hands. No excuses though…I just suck at cardio…

    BS 1 RM: 102K 10K PR! (Post PR-happy dance with Aimee and Alicia who also CRUSHED their BS PR’s. ) Way to go girls!

    Lift worked C&J with Nick and Brian.
    80k,100k,100k,110k,115kPR. Thanks guys for the help and feel much more comfortable with the front rack jerk position.
    Swim- went for 500 meters but good god this killed me. Was very slow but finished. Lots of cramping and soreness in the arms still from the pinch grip.

    Lift at 115kg which is a PR by 5kg. I have been trying to break the 110kg mark for years!

    WoD completed in 14:30..did 86 in 12 mins. I thought it would be rude not to finish.

    Back Squat: 90k- not anywhere near a PR, but I have started training for my next marathon and my body is still adjusting to the extra training

    Back Squat: 110 – 5k off my current PR, back was breaking, wasn’t happening.
    WOD: 71 at time cap with all strict pull ups. (and a step up onto two plates to reach the bar)…….I think us short girls would appreciate a few more bars moved down as there were 4 of us in class that had to use this method. :) (hint, hint)
