Our Brad Potter tearing it up at the Kilo Open this weekend. Great Job to all that attended and competed there. Keep getting outside your comfort zones and competing under pressure. 

Rowing Seminar this Thursday, starts at 5pm $10 bucks at the door, sign up sheet by the front desk. There will be no Thursday afternoon mobility wod, Kilo kids will still be going on.

  • Fantasy Land w/ Amanda & Dawn: 21:54ish- not sure the exact time- 15-12-9 35k thrusters & CTBs- probably 7-8ish minutes

    Shout out to Amanda & Dawn for doing Fran for the first time! You ladies did great!

  • Frantasy Land with Matt. 17:58 was our total time. I went second and did Fran.

    First time doing Rx Fran. 10:30ish. Wasted too much time “resting”, next time will be closer to 8 or 9 hopefully.

  • Frantasy Land with the 430 class. I pulled the anchor leg. Went unbroken on first round of 12 -60 k thrusters and got 11.75 BMU in a row before I was completely gassed. Finished with CTB the last two rounds for a time of just under 5 minutes I believe. This really kick my ass today. Nice work by all the first timers today doing Fran! PR of BMU in a row for me so I am happy with that.

  • Nooners: Alicia, Bob, Trevor, Brad, Mason and I in 39:04. Nice work nooners!

  • Since it hurts to reach across my body to put deodorant on I decided it was time to rest my shoulder for a week or two…
