At CrossFit 2.2 we do not only offer class based CrossFit but also personal training and  athlete development training. Shannon Zweber is our head personal trainer that will guide you to the accomplishment of all of your fitness and performance goals. Shannon has had an abundance of experience while training athletes at XL Sports Acceleration Program and personal clients at 2.2.
